Shipping
I am solely one person running this business and currently a full-time student so it may take me a week or two for me to ship out all orders!
Shipping within the US typically takes 3~10 days for your package to arrive.
International orders may take up from 2~4 weeks to arrive. It may take longer due to customs.
International shipping
I offer international shipping to countries that accept packages from the US! If I find out that I cannot send out your package due to mailing restrictions, I will reach out to refund/cancel it.

Customs & Import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, VATS, and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays that may occur due to customs.
Preorders
I will ship out orders that contain all preorder merch (including non-preorder merch) once the preorder merch is in my hands. If you want in-stock merch to be shipped sooner, please place preorder items in a seperate order.
The production of preorder merch will not start until the end of the preorder period. After that, the merch may take 2 weeks to a month (or more) to be made and shipped to me. I will update when the preorder items have arrived on my socials.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations can only be made if I have not shipped your order yet. Please cancel the order within 48 hours.
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order appears greatly damaged. If so, please take pictures of the damage and send them via email ([email protected]) with your order number and postal service note.
